Winter Aconite ( Eranthis Cilicica) 1L

Winter aconite flower late winter bringing colour to any winter garden. The short rosettes of fresh green leaves has an abundance of lovely golden late winter flowers.Hardy and perennial eventually forming a reasonable clump. Summer dormant, so can be planted near late-emerging, short growing perennials.

Position in Sun or dappled shade, in fertile, humus rich soil that does not dry out in summer.

Planting and Aftercare

Water well before planting into well-prepared soil. Plant at same depth as pot, gently firming the soil. Water-in well and water regularly, even as the stem die back in late spring. For container planting, use a good proprietary compost. Top dress lightly with compost every autumn. Grown from cultivated bulbs.
